I'm quite new to painting world but recently I have been interested in playing around with an airbrush. I work on some small toy models and would like something I could use for some of the small details. My question are there any affordable airbrush's (>$100) I would like something that I could learn on b/c I am also interested in possibly doing some art work or small automotive touch up. I just don't want to jump out and buy a very expensive gun only to find out that I am not good or that I don't enjoy doing it.
I sell a Paasche H single action air brush that sells for $59.95 but I'd recommend the double action VL set that sells for $79.95. If you want to purchase any of them from me you can call 1-800-485-5008.

The VL is an excellent starter. That's what I started with in 1996 I believe. i got the deluxe set that even came with a tutorial video. They also come with 3 tips so you can do anything from fairly fine work with the fine tip, all the way up to shooting Createx on Tshirts, a very versitile set. You can also shoot with the bottle (siphon) or with the side feed cup.You can get a water separator and use any compressor, you dont have to buy a special airbrush compressor, in fact I wouldn't reccommend it because most of them are underpowered. Or try a Paasche V. Has a nice feel, easy to control and great for small detail.
