hello everyone!
i'm new to this forum and i think it's great!! i have learned quite a bit in the short time i've been coming here, i also wanted to say that i appreciate the fact that you guy's take the time to share your knowledge with us!!
anyway, my son has a 95 chevy xtra cab, we have shaved everything including door handles, drip rails and installed a one piece tailgate/rollpan,it also has an escalade front clip, so far we had everything plugged and welded by a friend, then we would do the grinding and filling, i thought we were close to painting it but now he wants to shave the top body line! which you probably know is about a 1/4" deep and 3/4" wide, can we just use a filler or do we need to have something welded first? we have a lot of sweat into it so far and want it done right but i'm not sure on this one and hope you guys can help!
thank in advance!
jack
