In order to accomplish the tasks surrounding the art of automobile restoration one should have certain items that don't fall into an easy classification and many of these items are used in many areas of the repair process.  I've put some of my favorites here and I believe you'll find that a lot of these tools can be used to help accomplish many other jobs around the shop/house.


Portable Work Stand

 This portable work stand has taken the place of the saw horse around most shops.  It's an inexpensive, portable and easily storable workstation that can be set up in a flash to hold parts while painting or throw a board on top for a quick work table or remote tool/work bench .

This stand has a 500 lb. capacity and an adjustable height of 33" to 40" High with steel tubing construction and 1/2" foam padding.
